The lab also gives us excellent service. We receive our reports within a day or two via fax, with the full-color report being hand delivered the day after that. On multiple occasions, the lab has called me to ensure that we have received a report when it is not favorable, this enabling us to contact our patients as quickly as possible.
I have often commented that “customer service is a thing of the past”; but that is most certainly NOT TRUE with ProPath. They are always responsive and sincerely want to know if they can assist us further.
